Ground floor house: 1 living room and entrance hall with 2 retractable sofas and curtains; 1 suite with queen-size bed, panel with 50-inch TV, curtains, and air conditioning; 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, curtains, and 50-inch TV; 1 laundry room; 5 free parking spaces. Upper floor house: 1 master suite measuring 70m² with air conditioning, panel with 75-inch TV, armchair, desk, closet, blackout curtains, bathroom with two showers, and a whirlpool tub. 2 semi-suite bedrooms are excellent; they have a bathroom that can be used for both bedrooms. 1 queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has a fan, and bedroom 2 has air conditioning. Both have a 50-inch TV and blackout curtains. On the ground floor, there is a large living room, 1 suite with air conditioning, and a regular bedroom without a bathroom. However, there is a powder room next to the bedroom, and the bedroom has a fan. The house has a kitchen for quick meals, containing all appliances, it also has a pantry - with a table for eight people and a 42-inch TV, while the TV and entertainment room has a 4-meter retractable sofa, a 50-inch TV with home theater and PlayStation, a dining table for 6 people and a china cabinet.
