The 70 square meter apartment in Caetés has been recently renovated and is now charming. It has a beautiful open-plan kitchen that makes the space even bigger, and it has custom cabinets. It is well-ventilated and well-lit, as it is located on the top floor of the building, the 25th floor. It is also quiet, as it faces the inside of the building.



MOBILITY: The apartment is in a prime location, adjacent to the MOVI bus station and across from the Lagoinha subway station, as well as the interstate bus station, which is the bus stop that runs between Confins Airport and downtown Belo Horizonte.

AMENITIES: 24-hour concierge, a mini-market located inside the building for daily needs, and a gym for guests who want to maintain their fitness routine.

In short, the Splendor Apartment was designed so that our guests feel truly at home during their stay in our city.


Guests will have access to all rooms in the apartment, as it is private, however guests must respect the building's quiet hours, which are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and parties are also prohibited inside the apartment.


I love interacting with my guests, but for the busiest people, I will send a newsletter with all the check-in and check-out information, but if you still have any questions, I am always available by message or phone.

The building has a wonderful structure, has an imposing entrance hall that has been completely renovated with 3 elevators, all the apartments have been renovated and have a unique and panoramic view as they start from the 16th to the 25th floor, the corridors are wide with granite floors, in short, this development is a true luxury.
