Penthouse in the center with magnificent views

The Costa Building is located in the city center, close to the main church. The apartment is a penthouse that has been completely renovated, with custom furniture, new utensils and appliances, it is 60 meters long and has a magnificent view of the entire city.

Regarding public transport, buses pass very close to the apartment and the bus station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. For guests who come by car, we do not have parking in the building but there is paid parking next door.

It has spacious rooms, a super complete kitchen, wine glasses, 2 50-inch TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, full laundry.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, but there are rules in the condominium such as respecting the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, throwing out the trash before leaving, closing all windows to avoid the risk of flooding in the apartment.
